If you have everything but the cork, you should be able to replace
it. In the original gauge, the pin is merely a length of piano wire.

If you find a cork of the appropriate size, you can put it on the pin and
seal it with clear epoxy. Older ones used, I believe, shellac, but that is
not impervious to all the additives in fuel, so use epoxy. The ordinary
clear stuff you can find in stores should be fine.

If you have the Skyport 'rain proof' gauge with the tube, the glass or
plastic (glass for autogas) tube is a stock lab supply or plastic
house item. And the red caps at the end are stock aircraft and
hydraulic supply house items which are used to seal hydraulic
lines which are un-installed or disconnected for maintenance.
