Hey there are times where you get many many answers Just pose it again if we are slow to answer sometimes we are in the afterglow of just flying the coupe and or just had a couple of brewskis this is a great bunch of know it alls I've been in it since the start.and I can attest to it.BTW I just flew back from Watertown Wis looking at my coupe in the process of being prepped for paint LOOKING GOOD .New upper Aileron skins NEW Elevator Skins NEW Cowl NO dents,Home stretch almost even had my header tank pulled out and soldered --7 leaks all over the seam line on top.I'm gunna make the Nationals too and OSH see you guys dennis 99564

OK, let me be the first to appologize. I admit, I got testy. It's partly because that was the second time in recent histoy someone copped an attitude because they didn't get enough free advise. Being an A&P and aspiring Ercoupe parts expert, I guess I took it a little personally.When somebody that knows the answer or even has a good guess reads your question; they will answer.
Actually, I'm not sure that's true. I for one refrain from answering a lot of questions because I figure someone else will answer, and I don't want to be perceived as a know-it-all, and I feel others should have an opportunity to contribute. However, once the moment has passed, the likelyhood that anyone will go back and craft an answer diminishes with every passing hour.I think the best thing to do is simply post the question again. Don't "cop an attitude". Remember, no one owes you an answer.
