Al, About once a month, the server freaks and unsubscribes me. I notice that I haven't gotten any messages for a couple of days. _______________________________ To resolve the problem, I go to the list management site: http://www.ercoupers.com Click on the spot saying (click here to become a member) First, I look at the web-based way of looking at messages to see if there are any messages I missed. If I haven't missed any messages, my account is probably OK. If I did miss messages, then I go down the page a few lines to the list joining section. I first unsubscribe from both lists. After a minute, I subscribe to both lists. Finally, I look at the web-based way of looking at messages to read any messages I missed. _______________________________ Again, this is happening to me about once every month or two - we don't know why. In spite of the occasional problem, I still like having the list on Tom's server rather than messing with the Yahoo Groups system. With Yahoo, during the busy part of the evening I've seen hours between posting a message and getting it back. AND, Yahoo sometimes locks me out because of perceived or real bounces. Perhaps, my account is giving bounces to Tom's Ercoupe server, too. I don't know. Anyway, zip through the procedure above and you'll be back in business in three minutes.
