I believe that that is adequate for the Ercoupe. The TSO on the transponder qualifies it. The Communication Approval means it's okay for GA aircraft. Even the ubiquitous King KX170B was not TSO'd...to use it in a transport aircraft, you'd pay for the nearly-identical KX175 variant. The reviews of the quality and availability of service for Microair products have been mixed.
