There's actually quite a bit to a complete set of baffles if you've ever
installed all the inter-cylinder tin, you know what I mean. <Grin>

A couple of alternatives-------check with V. Gregory for used.
[EMAIL PROTECTED] 802 796 2605. Or have your mechanic contact John Wright
Jr.
for installation advice concerning the substitution of Cessna 150
intercylinder baffles. If you mechanic is comfortable with installing the
Cessna stuff then this will save a few bucks. Personally I am not, but it
is
an option.

As you've said much of it can be made from sheet aluminum. We had a chap
who
was posting original Ercoupe blueprints on a web site. Is he still around?
any baffle prints??

Is anyone in the overhaul stage and might have the baffles handy to make a
pattern?

I "Might" have some scrap stuff suitable for a pattern up in the rafters.
I'll check this evening.

Good luck
