Hi Don, If you fill the tanks really full this is sorta of a common thing
to happen (having fuel spew out of the vent hole)I presume that's what you
are saying .Fill an inch below the filler neck to allow the overflow to
cycle to the left tank-from the header tank.Or ,change gaskets and tighten
up the tangs on the gas cap-sometimes this is another leakage cause. It
should stop if all's well and you advaced the throttle to use a lttle more
fuel than the header is recycling to the left wing tank..CONFUSED.??There
is a stand pipe in the header tank that allows fuel not being burned to
cycle back to the left main tank that in turn equalizes to the right main
tank.Once you burn off some fuel the leakage should stop.GOT IT ?? (a
picture is worth a thousand words). The pucks can be made from truck
brakes
if you have use of a lathe some one may have some keep asking dennis
the new 564 in ILL
