I recently needed help. I got the info from the Zeftronics website and contacted my local FSDO. I eventually gave up. The cooperation/help from FSDO made me go with a standard reg.

Subject: [COUPERS-TECH] Replacing voltage regulator

----[Please read http://ercoupers.com/disclaimer.htm before following any advice in this forum.]----

Does anyone out there have a copy of a 337 used to replace the original Voltage regulator
with the Zeftronics.  The salesman at Zeftronics said that the Ercoupe
wasn't of their PMA list and we would need field approval.  If my mechanic
could find a copy of a 337 that someone had already used, he said it would
be a lot easier. I have the C 85 engine.   Earl Schell  N93826
