I live in Richmond and have a '46 415-C. The plane is based at
RIC. It goes down for annual at the end of Oct so the sooner we can get

Where are you located (and please don't say in the ADIZ)? I'll be up
for a little bit tomorrow (9/11), but have to be home for my niece's 2nd
birthday party at 3:30.
