I'm Guessing you meant 1/16" Plexiglas as that's standard.

Skyport used to sell Lexan side windows.  We no longer carry them because 
they scratch too easily, and are not resistant to fuels, especially 
autogas.  Too many chances for dissatisfaction.

I would not go past .080 for the side windows as they will not flex enough

to follow the channels smoothly.  You can go thicker on the rear windows, 
but you will need to heat from them to get them to install without 
stressing the screw holes.  Or, if you go with the later, Forney style 
mount they won't stay in.
