In my Ercoupe I used only 100LL with 4 ounces of MMO to 10 gal. of fuel.
I
was tying down for free so though I should at least buy the airport's
fuel.
In my Aeronca I use 3 tanks of auto gas to 1 tank of 100LL to keep the
total lead content down. Engine runs great and has clean plugs at
cleaning
time. I also use MMO in it (yea...I know....but have been for 46 years so
far.) In 3 years and about 500 hrs between the 2 planes, no fouled plugs
or stuck valves either way.
