Lloyd is, sadly, correct. The news in the last week is the plans to bring the
Luscombe 8F have tanked again. Everyone is blaming the lawyers in this case...
...there was protracted litigation over the Luscombe name between the company
which intended to build the 8E and the company who is trying to get going on
the 12 (4-place Sedan).
By the time it was over, and the 8F guys won the right to use the name, they
had no money left to actually use it on an airplane.
