Someone asked about making a leading edge landing light lens for an Alon A2A. For some reason, there seems to be lots of e-mail going into the archive for both the tech and flying lists that I am not getting in my regular e-mail. The question about the landing light lens (and all of the responses) were in the archive, but I have yet to receive any of them.
Getting back to the landing light lens - LP AeroPlastics made a new landing light lens for my Alon just a couple of months ago. I sent them my old one, and they made a new one for me. It came out perfect and it only cost around $30 or $40 if I remember correctly. I imagine that they still have the mold, so if you call them and remind them that they just made one, I'm sure that they could make another one easily enough.
