As Ed stated, John at Skyport can get you just about anything you need,
and
there's no reason for a photocopied POH.  Better go through that airplane
well, as it sounds like the previous owner may have neglected some very
important things in his quest to fly cheaply.  As far as being dull if
it's
a polished airplane, go to the Wing Waxer's site, you'll see how they
brought one back to life.

Everyone should own ONE polished airplane in their lifetime!
