Nope, I know nothing about it, but you are correct. It is not an ANR. The Flightline FL-51G is just a passive 22db headset. Hence the low price.

I believe the request from a new Couper was for info on ANR headsets. Yet, the reply from a headset vendor, J A , offers a FLIGHTLINE FL-51G headset @ $99. Unless I am mistaken, this headset is ANF ( amplified noise filter), not an ANF headset at all. Perhaps our fellow Couper, Bill Coons, a J A salesperson, will straighten us out on this matter.
