Hi Larry (WRB speaking),

Your prop is the standard McCauley for the C-75-12 on a 415-C.
Appendix A of Ercoupe Service Memorandum says with this prop at 1260
gross and under "standard day"conditions you should cruise at 2275 rpm
and 109 mph, abd be flat out at 2500 RPM and 122 MPH. The bird should
be off with zero wind from turf in 520' and climb 720 FPM (if it were
new).

Be sure your static rpm is between 1950 and 2100, per ATC-718 (the
higher, the better). Is engine compression up to par?
