There is a shop in MN the will zero-time a C-90-12F for aprox $4,000.  If cylinder(s) need to be replace it will be more.

That is a lot less the $16,000

 

I got a new set of Slicks from Aircraft Spruce for 1,137.00 plus core.  They went in on this years annual.
