Installation of an "O200 crankshaft" in a C85 has no bearing on the carburetor.  You need to install the pistons and rods from an O200 as well, as all the parts have to play together.  When you're done you still have a C85 with a C85 carb.

Folks always seem to read a lot more into this modification than is really there.  Calling it the "O-200 conversion" adds to the confusion.  Look at it this way:  Your C85 needs a new crankshaft.  You buy this crankshaft that is different from the one it originally came with.  In order to fit this different crank, you also need to buy some other parts that go with it to make up for the difference.  When it's all said and done, you still have a C85, with a few newer style parts inside.

BTW, most conversions require the case to be machined to fit the later style oil slinger ring.  the clearance between the rods and the C85 cam is very tight, too, so be sure you have someone who knows what they are doing doing the doing.

That said, the conversion does increase the displacement and compression.  Due to the dynamics of the fixed pitch prop world,  you still really have an 85 horsepower engine, but you have more of that 85 hp available under more circumstances.
