Hey Norm: I would recommend that you not use Lexan for the side windows. I
believe Lexan is too soft. Not only does it scratch easily, but I had to replace
a set of Lexan side windows due to cracking/crazing of the Lexan in the area of
the window welts.
You can purchase solar gray or green side window
Plexiglas through LP aero plastics. They will not sell to individuals, but your
mechanic will most likely be able to purchase them for you.
