Hi Don,
I am certainly no mechanic but give this a try. The tail height is fine at 76 inches.

First, roll the windows completely down and put a carpenters level across the cockpit. It should be level, and the distance from the top of the MLG to the ground should be the same on each side. . If not, then I would suspect the Belleville system. It takes only a small shim change at the gear to make a larger one at the wing tip.

If the cockpit is level, and the distance from the top of the MLG is the same on both sides, try this. To find out exactly where to start looking, On a level surface, put a mark on the bottom center of the fuselage, near the spar. then start measuring outward toward the wing tip at intervals of 18 inches or so and mark the wing there. Measure down from each mark and note the distance to the ground at that point .
Do the same for each wing. Compare the 2 wings and make a graph.
This will tell you if it is an abrupt change somewhere or if the whole aircraft is out of whack.

My concern is the fact that the tail height is the same on both sides and only the one wing tip is lower.

Remember, this is only a suggestion. The solution may be very simple and you may already have solved it. If not, there are some very smart coupers out there who will help.

Regards,
Bill Coonsl

I recently had a problem with (some) defective Bellville springs in my ALON MLG strut assemblies. My LH wingtip was several inches low. UNIVAIR replaced the new, defective springs and I had them installed. Each strut had a shim at the top, which was retained. My tail height is precisely 76 inches on both sides, but my LH wingtip is now 3 inches high, causing fuel to vent from the RH filler cap , while taxiing, when both tanks are full. Would removing the LH shim, or adding one to the RH strut correct the low wingtip problem - without adversely affecting tail height?

Perhaps Bill Coons or another Couper with experience with this situation could advise.
