the goodyears can be made to work as good as a pair of clevelands like others have been telling you. If your master cylinder is working correctly you can also replace your discs with the thicker discs that Fresno airparts sells (for 27.99 each) and new pucks from Spruce. I have had a C model with clevelands and my G model I just kept the goodyears and upgraded them as above. I could (before I sold it) taxi at any speed and stomp the pedal and lock the wheels, skidding the tires. They worked so well that I had to learn to apply them softly. I have a 337 for the thicker discs.
