Hey Frank: As Hartmut says, replacing the Dzus with Camlocks will help, but
I have found that the best secret is the order in which you fasten them. If you
make sure the engine baffling is clear and bending the right way, fasten the
second cowling lock from the front (on the bottom) first. Once this one is
fastened, all the rest will line up properly, and can be fastened in any order.
If for some reason they do not, you can move the bottom cowling rail back and
forth a little to aid in the line up.
