Subject: [COUPERS-TECH] Heat

It's cooling off here in the Midwest, and I'm not getting very much if any cabin heat in the old Ercoupe. Looking at the plumbing under the cowl, it looks like a duct runs from the shroud around the left cylinders to a valve that then goes into the cabin area, really low down, while the fresh air duct goes higher in the cabin. I think I had read that the cabin heat goes under the floor of the cockpit? If so, is there a way to get some of that heat up from under the floor of the cockpit?

Thanks!
