As Bill Bayne said, the plane should sit on the ground front/rear level at the window sill.  With the single fork nose gear, the tail should then be 75” high, with the double fork nose gear, it should be about 76” or 76.5” high.

 

By design, the Coupes should have very little angle of attack when on the ground.  Thus, it won’t fly off without rotating to a positive angle of attack.

 

As Syd said, in no-crosswind conditions, you should give a moderate up elevator and it’ll fly itself off at 55-65.

 

In crosswind conditions, you leave it flat on the ground till you get to an airspeed at which you KNOW you can stay in the air in ground effect.  Then pull it firmly off, leveling off in ground effect to build further speed till you get to climb-out airspeed.
