Seems everyone is thinking that any modification is a major
modification. A 337 must be filed for any major repair or
modification as defined in part 43 appendix A. If your repair or
modification is not listed in Appendix A, it is a minor repair or
modification and can be done with a log book entry.
I leave the reading as an exercise for the student...
