Please bear with my elementary weight and balance questions: I have a 415 C. The center of gravity range for a 415C is 26.4" to 30.3" 1. The datum is the forward face of firewall - I understand that's the point from where negative (to the front) and positive (to the rear) distances in inches are measured. Correct? 2. Is the arm just the distance in inches from the datum to the position of the item along the longitudinal axis of the plane?. 3. Does anybody have reliable documentation to get the arm for: A. passengers B. wing fuel tanks C. header fuel tank D.
