Relax. Unless you're operating under part 135, service bulletins are
not mandatory, even if they say they are. Only AD's are truely
mandatory.
BTW, I understand this SB is as a result of the plane that crashed out
west a year or so back with the Guy and girl on board. Wings fell
off.... (got ripped off...)
