There has been a question raised by someone on whether or not SB32 is truly
"mandatory".  I felt the answer could help everyone.

In short, unless you are "for-hire"... It isn't mandatory.  This is because
our 'coupes were certified under CAR 3 and not FAA 23.

I still plan to have mine inspected when I get my overhauled engine
installed (about 4 weeks away still... Grrr).  I'm happy to hear that no-one
has yet been forced to do more than replace a few rivets (knock on wood).
