Changing the crank doesn't make the engine an 85, however, I think the O200 crankshaft STC may only apply to the C85, so you have to convert first. Regardless, a 73" prop is not suitable for either configuration.

Your prop can be cut down and repitched, assuming it has not been repitched to many times in the past. A better solution may be to trade your prop for a 71" prop., or sell yours and buy a 71" prop. While it's easy to shorten them, there is no way to make them longer!

A 7148 would be on the climb side.  I'd recommend a 7150 all around use.
