I was one of the "drive-ins" at Sun-n-Fun this week
and bought a used Shadin microflo fuel flow meter for my Alon only to find
out that there is no STC for ercoupes of any kind. This also goes for the
popular JPI FS-450...no STC's for coupes. Does anybody have a field
approval (337) for any type fuel flow meter on any ercoupe, Forney, or
Alon? I have an Alon with the 30 gal. fuel conversion, and I can't see the
fuel in the tank below 1/2 full, so I want a backup to my fickle, rotating
ball, fuel guage. Can anyone help?
