I really don't think either the Tech or Flyin list is dead - maybe a
lot of people just have other things to do which are keeping them off the
computer. I have heard from a few very good people that they are tired of
worrying about getting jumped on any time they post (even some who haven't been
jumped on to my knowledge) and so they prefer to just lurk in the background,
so if that problem can be fixed, then I think you'll find a lot more people
willing to participate actively again.
