John (May 26, 2006)--There were no injuries aboard when a small two-passenger plane made an emergency landing Friday alongside Interstate 10 in El Paso. Texas Department of Transportation officials tell KVIA in El Paso that the plane carrying two people lost power. The plane was a 1946 Europe. Officials say the pilot was able to make a controlled landing beside the interstate.
