S/B 31 at least should be done on a pre purchase.  I recommend

wing removal and inspection panels as per S/B 31.  If I recall

the corrosion that Hartmut  had would have been pretty hard to

detect with wings off only.

 

 

I second this I have come across three planes with corrosion that could not be seen with a wing pull alone.
