Folks, Please learn to use the delete button on your computer should there be an email posted to this forum that you do not want or agree with. Replying, expressing distaste, disagreements, etc does nothing but compound the issues and then the replyer becomes a part of the problem. In order to make this applicable to the forum, I have purchased another Ercoupe and am going to get it tomorrow. It will require work, but that is fun! I am thankful that the fuel cap was successfully removed without total distruction. One only has to turn their back briefly on a service person to have a major problem develop.
