Help!
Bad news gang. My rough engine was due to my prop
hub having a wobble of .027 in. I don't think I have mentioned this in the
past. I have been flying this plane, i.e.. 415C, for about 2 years and
in not having had one of these before I did not notice the rough engine
until my nephew flew with me and made a comment to the fact. I then took the
trouble to check the blade track and discovered it was aprox 5/16 out at the
tips. Anyway, I borrowed one from a friend who is in the middle of restoring his
415C. I am not to big a hurry to get one but I really need it.
Does anyone of you fellows that might be parting
one have a hub available. Much appreciate any help; even to a salvage yard
that might have some of those.
