Hi All. For several weeks
now I've been peeking in on your comments. Two weeks ago I bought a 1946
415C, and presently my A&P is going over "Everything" very
carefully. Now I hate to bother you with "Dumb Questions" , but seems
I've read where the Height of the Rudder and Vertical should be anywhere from 72...76 inches high.
I measured mine today and it's 74 &5/8 inches from ground to top. This has
probably already been asked and answered many times before...but do I have a
problem, and if so, hows the best way to correct to the "Proper Height"??I
have a Twin Fork on
the Nose Gear and seems I read somewhere about having to add shims on the Main
Gears to get "Everything Even". Any Comments??
Regards...
