I converted my Peltors with the ANR kit from headsetsinc.com w/ the gel ear seals. The ANR kit replaces the innards of the earcup with new. I can't remember where I got my mike muff, probably Aircraft Goose - my foam was still good, so I just bought the leather(ette?) bootie that goes over it, with two holes in it. The ANR conversion I love as my Ercoupe is considerably noisier than the C-172 I learned in - switching it on and off is quite dramatic.
