Thanks for the email.  There is a 337 in the records for the major alteration when it was conveted to metal in the 50's.  I'll need to change the record back.  Even if it it had fabric and I was replacing the old fabric with new, it would require a 337.
 
I called and talked to John Wright Sr about changing back to fabric.  He told me that it was easily done and had been done many times.  I was hoping to find a 337 to use as an example.

Fabric is the way all 415s were delivered.
It's like putting on one of the approved propellers. No STC needed here too.
