The rigging instructions in the Service Manual are pretty good and any motivated A&P should be able to work off that list.

 

The challenge is to motivate them.

My E model appears to fly in a perpetual skid...ie the ball is not centered during flight, but off to the right during straight and level flight.

 

Yes, the ball is centered when the aircraft is on level ground.

 

Does anyone know of an Ercoupe savy A&P in (or near) San Diego?  I really need someone who can help me rig

the plane.
