It would be very beneficial to we "canopy Coupers" if you could obtain more details on that incident, e.g., what was the date of the incident?, what was the determined cause of the separation (actual or probable)? Additionally, we would like to know what his Mechanic had to say about the incident and what was entered in his log book. Such information, together with the inspection procedures provided by Wayne Delrossi would certainly be a great help to all of us. Don Bowen
