Gang.

While searching the web I came across an interesting article about how extreme 
low temperatures affect the clearances in our engines.

The article goes on that a freshly overhauled engine might freeze up internally 
because of its tight clearances. Wow. 
Then again they are talking about temperatures of minus 15 degrees Fahrenheit! 
This is so darn cold that I probably won't feel the urge of flying anyway. 
But for those that aren't wimps - here the info: Preheat if you can when the 
temperatures are that low. 
But read the article for yourself, the whole site is packed with information, 
but beware they are out to sell you their expensive equipment.
