Coupers, Just purchased an Ercoupe destroyed by a storm. Discovered that a particular pilot flied in the face of reason or without any. The pilot flew it into the field where I picked it up. The space between the wing and center section was covered with duct tape and there were no nuts on the bolts connecting the rudder to the control rods. There is much more but that was enough to tell me I don't want to fly with that guy.
