My 415-C had two small swiveling little lights overhead and they would BARELY allow you to see the panel. My M-10 has an overhead sort of flood light (red) with a # 89 bulb. I tried to put a brighter bulb in, but there is not enough space. The panel illumination is poor! About all you can do beside going to the expense of ' eyebrow' instrument lighting is to have a couple of flashlights handy to see some of the instruments in the corners.
