Jim, you need a piece of 3/4 in black iron or galv water pipe about 16 in long. Grind the end og the pipe split it straight dowen the center about 1/4 in wide andabout 3 in long so it can slide inside the hollow axle that has a 1/4 in bolt vertacilly inside the axle.
