No flames from this keyboard but as Ed mentioned, the articles need to come from the members, that's where the base comes from. Too many people I speak with ask if I "subscribe" to the Coupe Capers, not if I belong to EOC (which I do not) and that's a shame, but it shows what the opinion of a club's worth seems to be based on. If the club was managed better (and that's not to slight anyone's ability, it's a matter of time and dedication of a group of people) there would be no shortage of participants for detailed tech articles, a member Q & A, Coupe adventures, ads, guest articles, possibly reprints of past articles or other type club content and some good advertising. The web page should be open to all except for the member benefits, so that anyone interested in Ercouping could have a great primer of info while they decided AND come to rely on the type club for good, strong, solid information.
