When I followed Dan Hall up to Sequim, WA, in August, I found that  
both Sequim and the next little airport to the East (I've forgotten  
its name & don't have chart handy...) were out of fuel, despite both  
showing on the chart as having fuel available.  Locals said they had  
been out of fuel for weeks, "due to the price."  No NOTAMs, either.
