We're not even contemplating kicking anyone off the list. We've had some minor flame conflicts in the past and still have members unwilling to post. I really don't want discussions to get out of hand, totally ruining this forum like some I've witnessed. For example, the Sport Pilot forum is effectively dead. We have to hold our Sport Pilot related discussions on other less appropriate forums due to the remaining flames and salted ground at Sport Pilot. That disperses the discussion and we miss a lot of important content. But, to work on enforcing a non-hostile tone and in the presence of someone insulted enough to speak of leaving the forum, I set a member to be moderated for a time. This person's messages are valuable and he is often insightful and useful. I'd very much like the person concerned to continue with us and join us in keeping each other flying safely as he has been doing, while keeping our group on a friendly footing. Ed
