Dan,   Razorback is a fiberglass covering that is tightened after  
installation
with butyrate dope - same as the older model airplane dope  process.   My 
opposition is that it tends to sag in high humidity  and cooler  conditions.
It will  last forever taken care of,  however,   after 19 years I would 
certainly
replace it with a more modern material if for no other reason than a  good 
wing inspection.   I haven't been able to locate the company  so they may
no longer be in business.      John
