Larry,

It is a common courtesy on forums to address the comment to an individual,
even though (like this message) it's intended for everyone.

You make a good point that if it's NOT intended for everyone, it should be
sent only to that one person.

And again, it's not needed to double post a message.  If everyone on the
tech forum needs to see it because it pertains to tech, then it should be on
tech.  There's no need to send a second copy to all those same people on
flyin (everyone, just about, is a member of tech).  

If it doesn't belong on tech (like the EOC discussion), then it should be on
flyin which is our everything-else forum.

Please do bear with us.  I'll expect the flow of the discussion will slow
down pretty soon.  There are important club issues being discussed and it
does seem better to put them on flying rather than tech.

Do feel free to exercise the delete button or skip uninteresting threads.
