Hey Robert: I would recommend the Garmin 320 transponder and the Xcom
760
Radio with built in intercom.
The Xcom has a lot of features, but I think the best is the built in
intercom. The Garmin transponder is simple to install, and does not
have the old
style power tube of the King/Narco fame.
Be sure to get someone who knows what they are doing to install
them.
Linda can tell you what happens when things are installed improperly.
