The spar in the center section determines the dihedral. The same part number was used from Serial number 813 through the Alon series. Forney prefaced the number with an "F" but their SOP was to use a different part number if the part was changed. I don't think Mooney changed the spar although they did completely revamp the numbering system, in fact I'd be surprised if they didn't use spars that had already been built, maybe as long as 50 years prior.
